.NET C# csv to table executable

We are looking for a reusable code base that performs the following functions:

1. Decompresses a 7zip file matched by a regex on name.

2. The 7zip file will have a number of csv files in it.

3. For any csv files that match a name

1. The first row is a header. Check the table to make sure the columns match. If the columns don't match make a new column for all missing (do not delete missing columns) header entries of type text.

2. Import the rest of the data into the table.

4. If any file is missing from the 7zip write an error to the event log.

5. For all success and errors write to a table in the database.

There is a class we will provide for step 5 and 6.

The application should be configurable to run on multiple 7zip files, each 7zip file should be able to define the csv's and the table names for each file.

7zip and csv files will be named like ##########[url removed, login to view] or ########[url removed, login to view]

This application will be run to task scheduler so a pretty UI is not required. Configurations can be made to [url removed, login to view]
