Modify gravityflow wordpress to add custom function

I simply need a good developer to add a function to gravityflow wordpress plugin for me, the plugin uses only two assignee method which are
1. Assign a work flow to user
2. Assign a work flow to user role
Then i want the custom code to be able to assign work flow to users meta key value.
