Build me an app like GMail (iphone & android)

I want someone to build an app like GMail with a few differences.
Example differences :
- sometimes getting user geolocation.
- accepting in-app payment for optional membership fees and optional extras.
- extensive editable user account type details include blocking and similar.
App is to use :
- push notifications
- send email messages
- maybe send SMS messages (via a service like Clickatell)
No website required, just app.
Must be easily editable for design & text. I have no fixed views on design but the app is for adults not kids so keep it attractive & subtle.
I've never built an app so you need to (1) upload a test version, and (2) explain to me how to upload app after final edit of text etc.
Links to examples of your work are required.
