Android and iOS app development - open to bidding

I need a rough estimate to how much an app would cost. I'm a computer science student who is well rounded in the field of programming. I need a team to develop an app for me in which I have already planned both technically and visually.
Here is the very general breakdown to the app's function:
- An application ported separately to both android and iOS
- The first screen upon opening the app will give you the option to either choose an image from the app's centralized online database, upload an image from your gallery, or take a picture from your camera.
- Upon choosing one of the options, can either write a caption on the image or choose to continue
- After that page, it will give you the option to send the image on either iMessage (iPhone), Hangouts/SMS (android), Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Tango, etc.
- Once you choose one of the options, it will direct you to the app in which you chose to send the image to.
- OPTIONAL: Once the image is sent, it goes back to the app where you can save the image you made or make a new one.
