Cell Phone Text Messaging Application

Hi,

I would like to have a cell phone application created that will allow people who download it to be able to link their cell phone to any computer that they desire.

This linkage will allow them to turn on the application so that any text received by their cell phone will automatically be sent to their computer where it will pop up similar to an instant message. They can then respond to the text in that message box on their computer and it will send back through their phone to the recipient specified.
