Customize wp theme, gather and add images

I have a site at central ohio exteriors dot com with a very basic wp theme.

We want to take the this theme [url removed, login to view]

(attached) and customizize it with our logos, images and content.

Since this new theme uses a lot more images than our old theme (sliders, etc) will also need someone to gather relevant images and add them to the site in appropriate places (sliders, etc)
