Android application

Basically what is needed is a form of Prism for Android that lets us deploy web applications easily to the Android OS so that they seem to the user like stand alone applications.

It should be easy to create web apps, you can utilize some form of script or other to do this, basically when it is complete, the user can "install" the web apps Android frontend onto their phone just by downloading a text file.

To accomplish this you might also want to have a client be installed that will handle the installing via text files.
