An iPhone software, goal is to produce a work-related KPI based gamification app. The app will reward employees, avatar with Progressive, cumulative items (like clothing, swords, castles), with respect to avatars of a comic series, like Naruto or MitchiriNeko. The characters will march in a parade, and each avatar will represent a team member, should be progressively dressed and accessorized. The KPI would be entered by the employee's supervisor or manager. The employees could also donate items, which combined become another item, to be given to their supervisor.
2 versions, employee version, which has Zoom in capability to view all the marches in a company. The marches are grouped by Teams.
Supervisor version which allows entering KPI for employees.
The app MUST support Japanese language.
