I have a SQL Server database hosted on SQL Azure. it has few tables and a stored procedure with some parameters to be passed to.
I want to create a template page on a mobile ios app where a user
1) user: enters few parmeter
2) user Submit his info
3) your page will take those parameters pass them to the MsSql database Stored procedure so that the procedure can save user info
4) just a thank you note in the result page
Design: anything basic for a template will do.
