Dating App (Free + Premium Feature)

I am looking for someone who has previous experience of dating apps.
The site will have two set user groups:
- Free & Premium.
The free part of the app will be based on existing functinoalities that some other websites use, i.e. search by city, postcode etc.
The Premium features of the site on the other hand are unquie to my model and needs discussed.
Payment:
You are required to submit plan and roadmap of how you will deliver the site. If you can do the site in one go then it's all good.
However, happy to create milestones. But terms of payment are:
1. Create milestone for delivering the website.
2. During the development period I will split 50% of the amount agreed and spread them into the miletones. For example, if the development cost is $500 and you have 5 milestone then the 50% ($250) will be split into 5 and $50 per miletone will be paid.
The reminder $250 will be paid once the site is trialed and tested.
I will not be accepting anyone who do not meet the above requirements.
However, The site will need to be designed and tested and then final payment will be made.
All work must be done under strict NDA. I will own the codes and copyright of the site.
