Collect delimited files and import into online database.

I own [url removed, login to view], which is a child care locator based in the United States. I get my data from each state (50 states) in either a CSV, TXT, XLS, or MDB (Access) format. The first part: Your job is to go to each state's website (some are already found, just get the current list), find and download the list. Save the list in the appropriate folder and enter details of the list you downloaded into the master spreadsheet (for tracking purposes.) IMPORTANT: Some lists cost money, you do not have to pay to get them, just note how much and the URL/Contact information for the person you contacted. You will have to email some states to get more information. I'll provide you with the template. The second part: Once you've downloaded all the states you can get, you'll format them in Excel (or acces, your choice) and use the import utility on [url removed, login to view] (already built and works great) to import the ads to carebrite. Imports are done 1000 ads at a time, so if you have a 14,000 file, yuo'll need to cut it off every 1000 records, it's easy, just time consuming. I know this project can be done in under 20 hours, so I'm offering $100 as a start, then if you need more time, we'll go with $100 bonuses each week until complete.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
