Create Script for MPEGs with Text and Audio

I want to create MPEG videos out of Arabic Text and Arabic Audio (Quran files).

I have the arabic text, and I have the audio file that matches it.

You can think of the arabic text as subtitles for the video with a simple rotating background images (random or whatever)

the output will be a script that will write a MPEG4 file that i can burn to dvd

something like this for exmaple will be outputted:

you can use AVISynth scripting tool or anything else such as "XTreme Photostory on DVD" ([url removed, login to view]) or even "Audio DVD Creator" ([url removed, login to view])

there wont be any english at the moment just arabic
