Box Packing project(repost)(repost)(repost)

This program should be able to be run from the command line and have no pauses as it is going to be called from a second program. If the program is unable to fit every item on the order then it should not pack any of the order. This program should take every order in the items Table and figure what box it should go in. If the order number is in the Items_Packed table already the order should be skipped to save processing time. The goal is to pack the items so that the order has the lowest possible handling cost. The program needs to be able to process 500 new orders an hour. Items with the same part number should be packed together where it makes sense. For example, if we had 3 1450M and 4 1450C that could go 4 to a box then the 4 1450C should be in a box together. 3 1450M and 1 1450C would be bad while 2 1450C packed with 2 1450M would be worse. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
