Data Entry for Community portal
The purpose of the project is to use the websites of local:
estate (real estate) agencies,
job/employment/recruitment agencies and
car dealers
in my area to add their data, i.e. property, cars and jobs onto my community portal/website which has specific sections dedicated to the above groups so that local people can have access to this data through my website. Data and pictures would need to be initially added from the agency websites into the relevant homes/jobs/cars control panel of my website (cut and paste) and updated once a week.
The number of agencies data that will be input is uncertain at this stage but am hoping to get at least 20 initally.
This would be a long term arrangement for the right candidate although I will place a fixed price for the first year
I require committed inputters who have a great attention to detail and accuracy in inputting data. The other most important feature is that you are reliable and will keep the site updated regularly.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
