Clone Adsense Template

Hello Friends, Site to clone: [url removed, login to view] I need someone to clone this site and install it on a number of domains(around 14). Really simple task if you know what you are doing:) You just need to use a new header related to the content I will provide and change the color scheme for each site. In addition, I need a feature to add new articles and list them on the site navigation panel at the left. You can integrate some features from freely available HTML/PHP scripts(just search on google). But make sure the script doesn't need a database -plain text/php files are ok though. The site also uses RSS feeds from rssfeedreader.com. So, I need a news section as well to display those feeds just like this page on each site: [url removed, login to view] The content and AD structure should be similar to the site above, i.e, Adsense and Amazon(slightly different with a 4 book list AD) ads. Please let me know if you already have fine tuned adsense templates or have better ideas for article sites. Thanks for your time:)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
