Hello, I want to convert a very simple psd into CSS/HTML. See attached As I don't have enough time for this job and I want to make sure that you understand the requirements before we may proceed. So please answers these questions. 1) Are you flexible for minor changes? 2) Do you have experience of coding Accessibility options. More information would be provided in private message. You should have command on JAVA Script. 3) I want a clean code, well documented CSS and html. You can use tables. 4) I need this done in 12 to 15 hours from bid acceptance. Will offer bonus for this if you do it fast but perfect. 5) The payment would be released after testing the code and functionality of the site. I want this code working same in all major browsers. I am very corporative and descriptive but I need a guy who can understand my requirements well and perform fast. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
