Declare Your Worth Website Database and Purchasing feature

I have a website called [[url removed, login to view]][1] and it is to promote a book. I need a database built that will keep track of promoters and payments I need to make to them as well as give me the information on how much I owe them and checks I need to print. Promoters will need a feature to be able to send messages to each other and I will need to be able to view all messages etc... (I have this detailed out in an attachment I can send in msword)

Features include: Log-in and password, view their accounts (how many referrals have purchased, amount of money they have earned and amount owed.) Must be able to edit information on their account. I must be able to have administration rights over the whole system and be able to draw needed information from the database.

This website must also take and recieve credit card payments and paypal. I have access to an [url removed, login to view] merchant account. After a purchase has been made, buyers have option to join as a promoter of the book and be given a promotional discount code they can give to others...(takes them into the database mentioned above).

I also need a contact page where they can type in a message to me and I recieve it in an email box assigned for messages.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
