A freelancing script needed like odesk

I want to get a script like odesk.

I have already 2 script, 1 is "RBS" open sours script and another is "guru freelancing script". but i am no familiar with this scripts. I like odesk very much. so i need this type.

If you already found a script like that, or have it, that would be lovely.

I need it with so low cost.
