Hi,

I need a perfect clone of [url removed, login to view] with all the features. Everything should be same in running. I want to start offering the same service as Spamarrest does. Include complete website with free and pay membership plans.

The admin panel should be flexible to change as many features as possible on the fly.

I prefer the script to be written in php with a mysql database .

The script should come with its own installer.

I want full rights to the script as if I wrote it myself.

I want it done that way that it can be translated to other languages (e.g. by using language file).

Please bid only if you have experience with scripts like this.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
