Coder needed to convert myslq database format to new one, PHPbulletin job(repost)

I have two phpbulletin forums. One on one server, one that is moving to the other server the first one is on. The first bulletin was migrated from mysql v. 2 to 4. It may have bugs. The second one needs to be transferred and set up correctly on the new server. It has been 'banning people' all week and we dont know why.
