I need a website. Scripts and platforms on your recommendation. the website must meet the following criteria:

Features similar to craigslist.org.

Except I intend to revenue from pictures, so i will need a way to secure payments when customers post their pictures, only then. Lots of of pictures!

All ads without pictures will be free.

vistitors will be able to open an account, ? just like craigslist, but will also be able to buy "points" the perfect example is [url removed, login to view] with their tool points.

I intend to use paypal but may need to add other ways to secure payments. I will target audiences in other countries.

If possible without bumping the price too much, i would like the anonymized email adresses for the customers just like in craigslist.

I will be translating the page, so i will need to have full access and a small tutorial on how to administer it. I can pick up quick.

Most important, no matter how much this page will ressemble craigslist , it must not be the exact same, my business will be 100 % legal and based in the US.

## Deliverables

The website will have to use some sort of script that will re-size pictures uploaded from the customers to reduce bandwidth.

Upon the website's success, bandwidth will be critical, so the cleanest and simple the page, the better.

At least for administrator accounts, I will need top be able to upload pictures to ads from a mobile phone.
