I have a database already designed. I need to do some calculations on some tables, such as adding some values from records, multiplying it with constants, etc. Some samples are Kpers_owe/employee = ([url removed, login to view] + [url removed, login to view]$/month) x [url removed, login to view] Employee contribution = SUM (Kpers_owe/employee) Total Payroll = Employee contribution / 0.04 Its for a payroll system I have to write. This should write the values into a new table so that I can print out the reports & have an archive so that at year end I can print out the values for the whole year. Attached is the access file & to be calculated values. Also there sould be some mechanism so that the Salary table should be updated everymonth and the calculation should be done for this month.
