Auto data interceptor and responder

Seeking someone to code.... (see addition 3/01/03)below 1). a real time module to intercept incoming internet data and pass it through to my program which will manipulate the information and format an output string. Must also return that output string as if keyboard response was initiated. a.) must be able to accept and respond to multiple URL's b.) must be able to operate real time 24/7 c.) preference is VB 2.) will require source code when complete a.) must contain full documentation 3.) potential for further enhancements after initial version is tested. Include tentative time frame for completion with bid...this will be negotiated prior to acceptance after all questions have been satisfied.

## Deliverables

ADDED 3/01/03- To clarify this request, I follow the stock market using either a downloaded or web based interface provided by the broker. These provide real time price data, account information, and allow me to buy and sell. I wish to intercept this incoming data then pass it on to my own program which will determine when to buy/sell. When the Buy/Sell determination has been made, my program will format the appropriate output string to imitate a keyboard response and forward it back to this 'autoresponder', which will then respond to the appropriate website. As the data flowing in, may flow in very quickly, at times, almost simultaneously, this must planned for. I may change brokers & software, therefore, I must be able to specify which URL to intercept. It is also possible that I may be following several broker accounts simultaneously, so must be able to specify more than 1 URL to intercept or respond to. This should be a simple and straight forward little program. Possibly outputting to a file which I might then read, and another which I might write to that is then output from. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
