Call Centre Billing System

I have a call centre, allowing customers to make international call. Currently i have 6 phones. I want a software or devices, which can record each of the phone talking period and destination(or number to dial). You should tell me how you connect all this 6 phones, and how you make the billing system work. Thanks.
