Decrypt AIM Passwords

I would like a program written in VB6 to decrypt AOL Instant Messenger passwords. Before you bid please note that this must also work on the newest version of AIM 5.0 This will be used for the sole perpose of retreiving lost AIM passwords. Thanks, bslsss
