compute celestial information

I need a function written in visual basic 6.0, which I will incorporate into a program I'm currently writing. It should accept as input a time and date, and a planet, the sun or the moon. It should return as output the current right-ascention of the object. Declination is not important. Also, extreme accuracy is not important either (+/- 1% is sufficient). The finished project should let me call the function from another part of my existing vb program:

d = ComputeRA(December 8, 2003 12:07:00, venus)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working function as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) A text file of the finished product is fine as long as I can cut and paste it into my own program
