Add menu and search to wordpress theme

*i will provide links to my site and sample site on request* I want a menu and search box in the upper right corner of my wordpress site, just like the sample site. The theme already had a menu near the top, I’m not sure what I did. I also want each page to display the “featured image” where the banner currently is on the sample site. The menu should be underneath, everything must look the same as sample. That’s it for now. Will need more work done on site later. Thanks
