I need a little application coded that will work out someones BMI (Body Mass Index) You will be able to choose the height from a pick list (in feet and inches) and also put in weight (in pounds). It will then give you their BMI value, this needs to be around 4 inches square on the screen so I can show customers from across the room Calculate your BMI using the following formula: Weight (lbs) Height (in) x Height (in) x704.5 = BMI Example: Female, 5’8" tall, 140 lbs. 140 140 68x68 = 4624 = .30 .030 x 704.5= 21.1 This should be a little .exe application that doesn't need installing and can just be run. I need a little advert on the bottom of it but nothing too mega!! If the result of the BMI is under 20 then the result should be in BLUE, if the result is 20 - 24.9 then the result should be in GREEN, if the result is 25 - 29.9 then result should be in ORANGE, if the result is 30 - 39.9 then the result should be RED and anything over 40 should be FLASHING RED! I also need this coded and finished by this weekend (16th April 2006) Thanks
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
