complete and debug Delphi code

I am attaching some Delphi code that will pump data from a source Firebird database into a destination Firebird database. The destination database will be create on-the-fly with no index, contraint, reference. Also all fields in the destination database should be created nullable. The code should work also for Memo and Blob fields (what the current code does not manage. Code must be in Delphi 5. Firebird version is 1.5 IBObjects version is 4.5 (it will be provided, so to be sure that we use the same version)
