We need a website design and developed for our baby, where in we can share all the information related to him. The site should be dynamic and interactive. We should able to upload and display video, photo daily basis, user should be to search and see photo on tag basis, or date or by name. registered user should be able to download the same. Basically it will act as site to keep the track and the development of his growth, achievement and milestone. 1. User to upload, store, and share videos and photos. 3. User to participate in baby photo and video contest. 4. User to vote and rate, review, comment on all section, including photo, video, contest section. 5. Users to have the option of whom to show their personal photos and videos. 6. User to recommend to their friends with email this to add on. 7. User can participate in parents tips and tricks contest, and register user can vote, rate, review, and comment on that. 8. User can post baby names, country wise, religion wise, sex wise, and others can search for name with the meaning. 9. Creating Site tour using [url removed, login to view] 10. Kids talent corner section, where the parents can dispaly the kids paintings and post it here so that user can view, comment, rate buy, and dontate to the kids. 11. Integration of adbrite from [url removed, login to view] 12. Banner and google adsense integration to promote gift sponsors and advertisers. 13. And other administrator control including, approving anything that has been posted by the user before, appearing for the public, including comment, preventing comment spam, etc. Look and feel should be vibrant. Site should be fast loading, xhtml, and css validate site, with the tabless css design. Please use as much as possibile ajax features.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
