CSS Subsciption Box - Hovers At Bottom Of The Page

For our site:

We want a subscription box added to the site. This **needs to be the type of subscription box that looks like a bar at the bottom of the page**, and stays at the bottom of a users browser as they scroll down the page.

The subscription bar will need to include a small amount of text (to be specified by us) and name/email subscription capture.

I believe that this can be created with CSS sprites, but if you have another solution, please do bid and let us know.

It's important that this bar looks good so that it entices visitors to subscribe, but also that its not intrusive so that it takes away from the site itself.

The coder selected for this job will be given:

Aweber code for the subscription form

Text That Needs to be added to the bar

FTP info for the site.

Deliverables will be on the site itself. We will also need a copy of the code uploaded to Rent a Coder so that we can modify and re-use this solution on some of our other sites.

Included as part of the deliverables is any revisions needed until we are completely satisfied with the work.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
