Delphi Database Help

Hey Guys, just need someone to quickly help me setup a couple databases in Delphi. What I want is just a very small demo, showing me how to create a database, save it to the disk, load it from the disk and add and retrieve records. Don't need anything fancy...and I need it done quickly. Don't bid if you can't do it in 24 hours please.
