I want a database creating from any proprietary database software
It is fairly simple with 3 main areas - customer area, product area and order order.
I want it so that new orders can be loaded in from one person (probably arriving in an excel spreadsheet and this can only be seen by them.
Orders will have name address and order details
This is put into the customer database from which a daily order sheet is created and a 'mailmerge' set of self adhesive address labels can be printed.
As each order is processed the stock part of the database is adjusted
The whole database is only for me to see
The incoming orders is only available for one person to see and the order list and packing labels by another.
These three areas are in 3 different countries and contact is made through me via email.
