Emergency Desktop Cleanup

I had a 13900K i9 w/ 128GB RAM as my primary work PC. I had a 365 problem and had a Morocan gentlemen help me. With helpers as him NOONE NEEDS ENEMIES! The next day my computer melted! Its done things no one but you have ever seen computers do. He set himself up as admin and one day it switched everything and my wife almost had to waterboard him for the PW and when he finally gave it to her they were Arabic. He got kicked off Freelancer for something pernicious I'm sure! I then made the dumbest error in history and hooked up the virus riddled SSD to my new identical I9 as a slave. DUH! Imagine what happened? Now it will barely stay on with 2 or 3 programs on it. This is costing me probably $20K this week and probably already $500,000 so far. My programmers are all remote right now and my new IT kid is super low level. AVG and several rather serious cyber guys couldn't find the malignancy but I assure it is certainly there my friend! My route my low level it guy is trying to go is using Tron. It keeps killing AVG and Tron though and AVG!
