Arduino project - impact displayed by LED bar

The premise is to build this circuit but changing to a larger accelerator to measure up to 200g:

Following this, the data should be displayed visually on a LED bar of 20 LEDs, depending on the real time acceleration being measured, each LED will illuminate based on measured value being 10g for 1 LED, 20G for 2 LED, 30G for 3 LED and so on up to 20 LED for 200G.

The above scale of "G to LEDs" should be adjustable via software programming easily, so the scale might change to 5G for 1 LED and so on.

When the accelerometer has measured it's highest measurement within a set period of time (seconds), the maximum number of LEDs illuminated during this time period will remain ON for a set period of time (seconds) as defined by the software. During this time that the LEDs remain ON, then other visualisation of the accelerometer output will not take place on the LED board until which time the LEDs turn OFF ready for next output visualisation.

Ideally the LED strip should be a flexible LED strip if possible, but for prototype then a rigid PCB is acceptable.

The wifi module should be included so that real time monitoring and data logging can take place of the accelerometer output.

Think of this project such as a boxing game at the arcade, where the player hits the boxing bag and the game machine lights up a strip of LEDs depending on how hard the boxing bag is hit. Similar application but to make a the device light up depending how hard you are able to throw it at a wall based on the maximum deacceleration experienced by the device.

This should be easy to use and clearly documented instructions on any adjustments to software calibration for user. I am not an experienced programmer or electrical engineer, hence posting this project here!
