PC/SC get mifare ID(repost)

I need a very simple application using an existing PC/SC api or wrapper interface to get the UID of a mifare card.

Should always be monitoring to see if card is in proximity.

Similar programs can be found on the net such as below, but the problem is that this only gets the atr.

The program should show a message of the UID when a mifare card is connected with reader.

You can use existing api if you know of one as long as it is free to use.

The final program must be delivered in VB.NET.
