I need someone to answer my phone calls(with virtual numbers that you can use your phone with an app).
You need to be in USA or close to that time zone, so you can answer calls, keep notes and tell customers I will call back later.

I would answer your calls and make necessary notes as required. I work perfectly with US clients so difference with time is not a problem. I have a US time zone wrist-watch.
