We are a TOEFL tutoring center that are looking to create our own materials for our small classroom. We will provide you with the questions and you will provide us sample answer script. ( no plagiarism !!! )
We are looking for native English speakers who can help us create sample answer with high scoring potential per TOEFL requirement. Starting with the "Speaking" section.
We are only looking for 1 to 2 people to work with, as our budget is limited and the quality will not be comprised, the ideal candidate is students or stay home parent.
Our budget is $10 per 4 samples answer (written script only), if you are able to do the audio recording as well, we can talk about extra fee.

Here's what the job look like:
1. We will provide you with question:
Question: Is it better to praise good behavior or criticize a bad one?
(45 sec of answer: the length of the answer should be around 45 seconds when speaking at normal speed, the accepted script will be sent to voice artist for audio recording job)
2. You will write up a answer with high scoring potential as per TOEFL standard.
Here's an example of what the sample answer might look like:
I believe it’s better to praise good behavior. Praising is a form of encouragement, which makes an individual feel valued. As such, praising builds someone’s trust, respect, self-esteem, and a sense of accomplishment. Secondly, based on psychology perspectives, praising good behavior provides positive feedback to the individual. As a result, praising motivates the desires of an individual to repeat good behavior and to exceed expectations. Finally, praising helps them to feel good about others. This would help people to be appreciative of others and not to take things for granted.
We have over 400 questions that need sample anwers and new questions are keep coming.

Question 2:
