Go to [url removed, login to view] I have put 90% of the content in this joomla template. I need someone that is EXCELLENT in making this joomla site look AWESOME for a property company that sells real estate. I want logo animation in Flash or GIF incorporated into the site. Here is logo: ([url removed, login to view]) You can advise on other joomla templates to use - i am happy to buy the template. Please bear in mind the following: Real estate Simulator link in menu is in a wrapper and i do not want scrolling ([url removed, login to view]) I am interested only in HOT HOT HOT developers - so send me some of your best joomla work as samples. If you don't send samples you have done, then i will not consider you. Think property look and feel. Please note that the home and search property button are pointing to a page that will in future be performing a property search. I am developing this and placing it in a wrapper similar to the sample in the web site.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
