visual inspection : freelancer has to check material as per Proforma invoice and take photos of each item + label (also check against any possible visual damage)
quantity checking : check against Proforma invoice and take photos which show total quantity exist
packing and marking (labeling) : freelancer has to take photos of packing conditions and labeling
