Beauty Mobile App - Repost2

Would like to develop a beauty app within the next couple of weeks for mobile devices including iphone, ipad, and android. Need the total design and development of this app.

It is a hair journey application that will allow users to document their journey in the app, and will feature the following:

>>Start by answering questions about their hair and their goals.

>>weekly document the products used and if the product was a hit or miss

>>weekly record the styling and maintenance of the hair

>>monthly length check (in terms of how long their hair has grown)

>>take pictures and upload them to our website

>>share their progress on social media

>>we want to be able to send (push) notifications about reminders to order products, notifications of special events in the area

>>graphics should be pretty, user interface should be very easy to use.

Need a developer who HAS EXPERIENCE and will this job would be covered under a "work made for hire" contract. It will establish confidentiality and state that we own the app's design, source code and all of its content.
