Xcode (iOS) / Unity app debugging help

I have the Xcode 5.1 project and supporting files for an app originally designed in Unity v. 4.x, then exported for iOS. There are two versions, one targeted for the iOS simulator within Xcode, and the other version targeted to run on actual iOS devices. The simulator version compiles and executes fine, but the Iphone version has 60+ "Mach-O linker errors" referencing Unity programming. The build fails from these errors, and I can't figure out the issues.
Note that I am new to development, and I did not write this code, or design this app. I have lost contact with the original developer, so I need help from others to debug these errors so the project will build successfully.
I can provide the Xcode project code and screenshots of the errors. A sample screenshot from Xcode is included. Successful bidders must have good knowledge of Xcode / iOS development, and of Unity 4.x design software. Bonus offered if issues debugged succesfully in a short time, eg. within 3 days of receiving relevant files. Due to technical nature of this project, must have excellent English language skills.
