Write an iPhone application

I would like an iPhone app that can remind me at random number of times in a given period and allows me to take a new written or voice note. Each time I take a note, the note is saved on the phone with date and time attribute.

1. The number of random times is configurable 0-100

2. The random period is configurable, 1) day, 2) week, 3) month, 4) year, or 5) every n days

3. Can let me pick reminders 1) any time of the day 2) AM only 3) PM only 4) afternoons 5)mornings 6)evenings 7) day

4) view notes: scroll notes as cards

5) ability to delete notes (with delete all function)

6) send all notes to email, launches an email app with all notes

7) allows me to pick ring tone for this reminder

I don't have UI design, developer has to use their imagination from the above spec.

Default value of number of reminders is 0, which also turns off the reminders. The developer must come up with an algorithm that generate the reminders as per configuration.

Example:

1 = 5

2 = week

3 = AM

Between Monday and Sunday, I 'll get five random reminders well distributed over the period. The distribution is more important than the randomness.
