Domain Name @ A record to IP issues

I set my domain name A record to my external ip address. I've a proxy that is listening on port 80. However, when I type in my domain name, if I'm on my wifi, I'm being directed to my router login. I tried using my phone without wifi and I'm unable to access anything... Anybody can help?
