Create a openGL - IOS based game

Hello,
I would like you to create a iOS game. The game should be based on openGL and should work in similar to following way. This is just s initial idea but should not change much. This is just to give you a quick idea of what I am expecting.
To play the game user must have his thumb placed on the screen. The position of the thumb is the position of the player with a circle circulating around the thumb. User can move its position by moving his thumb using the whole screen. This is a full screen app. This game work only in portrait mode.
Now the challenge in this game is to avoid the falling obstacles. Obstacles are shapes (I haven't thought about them yet but you can think of them as basic geometrical shaped images) that fall from the top of the screen. Not all the objects that are falling are obstacles, some of them are powers. We can decide on the powers later.
Game is on only until the user has his thumb on the screen. To be precise, actually on the user position (green circulating circle, just a thought). As soon as the user lifts his thumb, game pauses. There is a pause button on the bottom left, or top right corner of the screen (translucent). Using only this button brings the menu, not lifting the thumb.
