I have an idea and i want to realize it.
To summarize the project there are two types of group; one is consist of people who wants to take service (lets call it Group A), the other people pool is consist of people who wants to give service (lets call it B). Of course there are two singing up types for the two pool (A and B). The person who download the app from the store will be sign up via linkedin/ facebook/ etc or can be create their own profile by manually. Then if a person from A wants to take a service the person from A should have a look to group be which is divided into several small sections according to their service. After looking the pool if the person from A deecides to take service from Group B, then the intersection part comes. The communication can be in many and different types (like sms, skype, mail, etc) and according to types of the communication persons from A starts to use money from their balance (so it needs bank, credit cards, pay pal parts). Then the company earns money and shares some money to persons in the group B who gave service to group A. Also there must be a panel to manage the two pool. Finally if the app needs a webpage connection, the freelancer should provide it also :)
