App Functionality Description
Requirements for Users:
1. The user should be able to make an account
a. Username/Password
b. First Name and Last name
c. Mobile Number
d. Option to login with Facebook
2. The user should be able to log in automatically once logged in previously
3. The user shall be able to search and filter within several hair designers (Employees)
a. Filter by Category
b. Filter by Availability
4. The should be able to see a schedule with available slots
5. The user should be able to reserve a slot
a. Options for reservations shall be available
i. Haircut 30 min
ii. Beard 15 min
iii. Nails 20 min…
6. The user shall be able to rate and review the hair designer after every session
Requirements for barbers:
1. The barber should be able to make an Admin account
a. Username/Password
b. Name
c. Location on Map
d. Logo or Image
e. Opening Hours
2. The barber should be able to log in automatically once logged in previously
3. The barber shall be able to add designers as employees
4. The Barber shall have several schedules for several hair designers
a. Every Designer shall have a category
i. Beard
ii. Hair Design
iii. Wax
iv. Etc.…
5. The barber will find his schedule
6. The barber should receive a notification once a user reserves or cancels a slot
7. The barber shall be able to accept or reject the reservation
8. The application shall send automatic reminder for users
9. The barber shall be able to send push notifications for offers

Operating System: Android and IOS

• Front end : Html5 , css3 , javascript
• Back end : Laravel Framework ( Developed in PHP )
Mobile Apps
• Front end ( app on store ) : Flutter ( Developed in Dart )
• Back end : REST - API Laravel Framework ( Developed in PHP )
Database
• MySQL Engine
• Standard Query Language. (SQL)

• Our Framework Laravel is following MVC architecture which is explained in attached file ( Application Architecture)
Amazon Web Services Infrastructure
• Please checked attached file ( AWS Infrastructure Design )
The project will be done on two phases:

Phase 2:
Customer Features APP user Interface Design
Customer Features APP Development
IMPORTANT: The Hired person has to transfer all the code and app databases and infrastructure to my AWS and other related accounts
