I am looking to develop an app for iPhone and Andriod that would block incoming phone calls primarily from 800 and 888 numbers. I would like to have a user selected option to either send calls to voicemail or block them entirely. I would also like feature that allows the user to generate an exception list to allow selected numbers to still ring the phone. In addition to the exception list I would like a blocking list that the user can define additional specific phone numbers to block.
