Development of an application for iOS and Android, providing digital delivery services. The app needs:-
1. You'll need payment integration too.
2. You'll need 2 apps: Driver side & Customer side.
3. As I understand, the backend will function as follows:
-Register incoming request from customer,
-Send out alerts to respective drivers in that location,
-Wait for one driver to accept the order,
-Withdraw request from other drivers.
-Inform customer of driver
-Track driver's location & keep updating the customer.
-Once customer & Driver engage, then update it in the system
--When ride or delivery ends, update it in the system
-Design a billing module which will compute the billing.
-Card will be charged and customer notified.
-Money will be disbursed to drivers.
The reference app is something like Go-Jek, Uber, MyTeksi.
Log into the app through Facebook, Gmail or creating own user.
Once logged in:-
Home Page: Where you choose your service whether it is the Biker Delivery, Lorry Delivery, Food Delivery or Shop and Deliver. Once the user chooses their service there will be a “set pick up location” and “set drop-off location” which should be shown along side or near the map so that once a pick up location is entered is can show the delivery bikers around. jus like uber
History Page: Where it shows all the services you have picked, what time, which driver, etc. And which can also show you the location of the driver and the location of your delivery item so that the user can check on the progress of the delivery.
Help Page: Where the user can give their inputs and comments for the app and the service. Where the user can in their opinions for improvements.
Account Page: Where the user can edit their profile. (Profile Picture, Status, Card Details, etc)
There should be a password for the user so that their account can be safe, add an option for a 4 digit password or a 6 digit password before entry to the app for their card safety. There needs to be terms of service and privacy policy under this page. Also a “rate the app” section for the user.
