I have a project for mobile health application I already did 95% of my project on the iphone and Apple watch but I need help in some functions :

1- The application should remind the user to moive and do some activity and track these movement I already did the notification but I need help in coding how to track the movements.

2- The application will measure the heart rate for the user I need help to record theses data and save so the application should send these data to a physician each week
